Lucretia de Jong
Founder and CEO
Lucretia de Jong is a globally recognised leader delivering social procurement advice social innovation and project implementation support to government, industry, and community stakeholders on $10 billion+ of major infrastructure projects. Lucretia has a firm understanding of the Social Procurement Frameworks (SPF) and has been involved with advising and helping implement it in industry since its inception in 2018.
Lucretia provides over 25 years’ experience with incubating start-ups, business innovation, strategy and development, capability and capacity building of social enterprises, social sector, communities, leading industry partners, construction, major projects, and key government infrastructure leads. Lucretia has advised on social procurement strategies that have contributed to innovative solutions for complex social, economic, and environmental problems at a local level.
Scott Webster
Environment & Sustainability Director
Scott is an environmental principal advisor of SOS, with broad industry understanding and continual awareness of ESG political dialogue and global market forces. Scott sources and collaborates complementary, relevant, proven, decentralised renewable technologies for the optimisation of carbon capture, waste to thermal energy, hydrogen development and EV Charging solutions.
Scott specialises in the delivery of emerging technologies with social supply chains that support training and employment opportunities of priority target groups, to deliver equitable social and environmental outcomes, whilst delivering financial savings to contractors and end users.
Emily Mudge
Social & Commercial Infrastructure Director
Emily is a principal advisor of SOS, with over 20 years' experience in planning, delivering, and consulting on major social and commercial infrastructure projects nationally and overseas. Emily has delivered and consulted on some $30 billion of significant healthcare, government, and institutional infrastructure projects locally and held key roles within commercial and government development programs abroad.
Emily has developed a reputation and skills for enacting a collaborative and solutions-based approach within a deadline driven industry, enabling her to work across major, high-value, and highly complex projects.
David Fraser
CFO & Assurance Director
David is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with over 30 years commercial and government assurance experience, David was a previous assurance delivery partner at Oakton and audit manager at Ernst & Young. Experience includes: A broad range of business, risk and assurance matters including policy and procedure design and compliance reviews, quality and security of data and information, financial, HR, and payroll control design and the quality and accuracy of performance reporting processes. David has conducted assurance, programs, and delivered related reports to a range of government organisation including: Australian Tax Office, Victoria Auditor General's Office and Tasmanian Auditor Generals' Office, Victoria Police, Department of Justice and Community Safety, Department of Education, Port of Melbourne Corporation and Victorian Planning Authority.
